浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司使用MnCL2改性后的γ-Al2O3微填充色谱柱,分析了He、H2、HD、D2混合气体。结果表明,经改性后的γ-Al2O3柱对氢同位素分析的谱图在峰型、保留时间、柱效等方面明显优于未经改性的γ-Al2O3柱。在柱温77.4 K、氖载气流速30 mL/min、进样量5~100μL条件下,氢同位素各组分线性关系良好,谱峰对称,H2、HD的分离度可达0.84,HD、D2的分离度可达1.74,H2、HD和D2组分的保留时间分别为1.07、1.36和2.26 min,RSD3%。预计用于分析氕、氘、氚三元混合气体时,一次分析时间在4 min内。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. used MnCL2 modified γ-Al2O3 micro-packed chromatographic column to analyze the mixed gas of He, H2, HD, and D2. The results show that the modified γ-Al2O3 column for hydrogen isotope analysis is significantly better than the unmodified γ-Al2O3 column in terms of peak shape, retention time and column efficiency. Under the conditions of a column temperature of 77.4 K, a neon carrier gas flow rate of 30 mL/min, and an injection volume of 5-100 μL, the hydrogen isotopes have a good linear relationship and the spectral peaks are symmetrical. The resolution of H2 and HD can reach 0.84, HD, D2 The resolution can reach 1.74, the retention times of H2, HD and D2 components are 1.07, 1.36 and 2.26 min, respectively, and the RSD is 3%. It is expected to analyze the ternary gas mixture of protium, deuterium and tritium within 4 minutes.
