一、概述 An overview of the

高温卷绕试验装置适用于聚氯乙烯电线电缆的缘和护套，在高温条件下的开裂试验前的卷绕，也可用于其他软质线材的卷绕试验。符合GB/T2951.31.9-2008标准要求。又称抗开裂热冲击试验装置。

High temperature winding test device is suitable for PVC wire and cable insulation and sheath, under the condition of high temperature of winding before cracking test, can also be used for other soft wire winding. As to meet the requirements of GB/T2951.31.9-2008 standard. Also known as cracking resistance thermal shock test device.

1、zui大的卷绕直径：Φ12.5mm     

2、zui大卷绕宽度：72mm

3、zui大卷绕长度：200mm

4、卷绕棒尺寸：2、4、5、6、8、9、10、13、19、40mm共十条

二、试验方法 Test method for

1、取样 sampling

每个被试缘线芯应取两根适当长度的试样，试样应取自两处，间隔至少为1m。若有外护层的话，应从缘上除去。

Each participant should take appropriate length two insulated wire core sample, the sample should be taken from two places, at least 1 m apart. If have the outer sheath, should from the insulation removed.

2、试样制备 Sample preparation

试样应按下列三种方法中的一种进行制备：

a)对于外径不超过12.5mm的缘线芯，每一试样是一段缘线芯。

b)对于外径超过12.5mm，缘厚度不超过5.0mm的缘线芯和所有的扇形缘线芯，每个试样应取成缘窄条，其宽度至少是缘厚度的1.5倍，但不小于4mm。窄条应沿缘线芯的轴线方向切取，如果是扇形缘线芯，应在缘线芯的“背部”切取。

c)对于外径超过12.5mm，缘厚度超过5.0mm的缘线芯，每个试样应按b)规定切取窄条，然后窄条的外表面磨或削（避免过热）到4.0～5.0mm厚，该厚度应在窄条的较厚部分测得，窄条的宽度至少是厚度的1.5倍。

Samples should be in accordance with the following one of the three methods for preparation of:

A) for the insulation of the outer diameter less than 12.5 mm wire core, each sample is an insulated wire core.

B) for outer diameter greater than 12.5 mm, the thickness of the insulation is not more than 5.0 mm of insulation wire core and all fan insulation wire core, each sample should be take into insulating narrow strip, the width of at least 1.5 times the insulation thickness, but not less than 4 mm. Should narrow strip along the direction of the axis of the insulated conductors are cut out, if it is insulated wire core sector, should be "back" of the insulated conductors are cut out.

C) for outer diameter greater than 12.5 mm, insulation thickness more than 5.0 mm of insulation wire core, each sample should be stipulated in the b) cut narrow strip, then the outer surface of the narrow strip mill or cut (avoid overheating) to 4.0 ~ 5.0 mm thick, the thickness should be thicker part of the narrow strip, the thickness of at least 1.5 times the width of narrow strip.

3、试样卷绕：Sample winding

每个试样应在环境温度下紧密地在试棒上绕成螺旋形，并将两端固定。

试棒直径和卷绕圈数规定如下：

项制备的试样、扁平电缆或软线，规定了试棒的直径和卷绕圈数。试棒直径应按其短轴尺寸选取，卷绕时使其短轴垂直于试棒。

Each sample should be closely under ambient temperature on the test bar around into a spiral, and will be fixed at both ends.

Test bar diameter and winding turns stipulated as follows:

Of the sample preparation, flat cable or cord, the diameter of the provisions of the test bar and winding turns. Test bar diameter should be selected according to the size of its short axis, winding makes its short axis is perpendicular to the test bar.
