LDDL2Series Electromagnetic Singledisc Cultches
一、简介（Applications）
LDDL2系列系无滑环干式，通电型工作的单片电磁离合器，线圈不旋转，一个摩擦付，结构紧凑，传递力矩大，响应迅速，无空载损耗。
适用于高频动作的机械传动系统，可在主动部分运转的情况下，使从动部分与主动部分结合或分离。广泛适用于包装机械、印刷机械、纺织机械、轻工机械、及办公机械中。
LDDL2 Clutches are singledisc clutches for dry operation, without sliping the coil not rotating. High transmitting torque, quick response and no drag torque.
They are widely used in packing machines, printing machines, textile machines etc...., to realize the dricen and driving shaft while the latter is running.

四、安装（Installation）
安装注意事项 Warning
●摩擦片及衔铁表面不得有油污，必须保持清洁；
Friction disc and armature surface should be kept clean and free of grease.
●安装离合器必须保证同轴度不大于0.1mm；
The coaxial degree should not exceed 0.1mm.
●与离合器配合的轴孔与轴度为H8/h7
Fit h7 is recommended so that the brake can be fitted easily and without demange on to the shaft.
●离合器主、从动侧需固定，不允许有轴向窜动，同时必须保证工作气隙“δ”
Not allowed to move on axial direction. Airgap should be kept in “δ”.
